Phone Banking

Phone Banking is just another nonsense service like other so called Services offered by these MNC Banks.
It is useless and utter waste of time.
I have account in HDFC and Citibank(not by choice) and for all the issues faced tii date, i had to go to the Bank in person to get that clarified.
All my effort and time through Phone Banking proved Waste. So i would request those ppl sitting in the supervisory or management to boot your executives attending the phone calls atleast twice or thrice before paying them for thier inefficient services. I feel that it is not only good english that is required for Service Oriented Jobs but also a service driven mind.
So ppl without the later one , please look out for some other job like robbing,begging etc which is ideal.
Please note : I am not pointing this msg to the entire Service Fraternity, it is only towards some fools who have come into this noble and prestigeous job by mistake.
