Its really good for the betterment of small towns as well as for the big metro cities , which are already over loaded with the various industrial and business activities. Moreover it will make the small cities self sustainable in terms of providing the employment to the localities and will also helps in the uplifting of the social and economical status of the local people. And also restric their migration towards metros and big cities in the search of bread and butter. Not only the local people are benefitted but also the comapanies who are setting it will be benefitted as they can get the work done at coamparatively lower cost than what they need to spend in the metros. Don't think it will be at the cost of quality, as one should not forgot that, they are the same people comming from small towns employeed in the MNCs and big companies in bigger city.
