Mr Prash, Think before u write something. If u analyse then u'll know mode of recruitment in goverment is never a transparent...it is mostly through the recommendation of ministers or SC/ST/OBC quota.Due to these facts general category people could not get equality and opportunity in government sector. and do you think that all SC/ST/OBC people are economical backgroung and all general class people are economically well off?
