Dear crazyforsense, these are all vote bank politics! What is the use asking the industry to make reservation when enough qualified persons are not available. We are not able to get enough electricians, welders,turners, etc.
There is unemployment in our country but equal scarcity of qualified technicians also. Unless the there are enough vocational training facilities, no amount of reservation is going to help. Not every one can become a white collar employee! |
