Its something like this. Why do politicians suddenly declare SEZ zones. It's because they have prime land already converted and bought for pennies, which they want to encash. If US has mega plans, then it is for their good. Not for the average indian who is still at the mercy of the bloody infidels sitting in the parliament house.
