lets talk for facts.. how many ppl who flock to US for higher studies actually go back to there countries to give something back. They all just come to US for earning mony.. just see the conditions in which these so called students lives in US with dreams of earning big bucks .. never to go back to india.. U.S... lets put it in same social economical conditions as that of india or china.. then see how it performs ????
