Iyer, i strongly object to pple using community names on the forums. Gulti is not a right word to use on telugu speaking pple. I am saying this despite being a non telegite. Its equivalent to using words like 'paki', 'nigger' , 'sambars' etc.. we shud stop using words which can be found offensive to others here. There are fake degress for a very long time and perhaps many come from Hyd. But it dosent warranty the use of such words in forums.
