Infact, it is a great achievement and comfort for our engineering graduates who either plans to work abroad or even to migrate. A lot of difficulties and hurdle used to be in the past for submitting application to Aus, NZ, UK, USA in any institutions. But I have one question if someone answers, "what is the effective date" ? Is it already inplace?
