Nothing is perfect in this world, be it in US or India. US gives H1 to get its highly skilled job done with least amount of money and at the same time there are ppl who breach the rule and exploit innocent ppl. After all everyone wants to come to the US. This country provides better life style. So getting a little less doesn't matter to some folks who just entered US on H1. Now coming to the point of fake experience, I've interviewed ppl who have GC and don't even know how to speak proper english. Every thing looks so fake on their experience. They can't even answer normal tech. questions. And when you talk to their consultant they usually tell you that this guy is very good blah blah blah. But it is a reality. the guy happened to be a gulti. So my perception about gulti have become more and more stronger about putting fake experience and entering into US. It doesn't mean that all are alike. But there lot of such guy. Its kind of disgusting. There are much more smarter guys who are waiting for the opportunity but not able to make it because they are the unlucky ones who didn't get their H1-b petition thru the lottery system.
