When i was doing consultancy for the so called desi consultants i was sharing an apartment with a couple of guys from Infosys and Cognizant . They were freshers out of college given 3 months training in India Facility and were sent to US as Project managers.
Every night i had to sit with them to brief them up with small small things as the general Lingo of the corporate world so they could better pose as Managers.
I dont know abt their software development skills but they turned out to be brilliant actors.
