if thats true, it is even worse. for it would mean the desi body shops and companies could use a survey of their manipulation to show a low prevailing wage.

i guess in such a case the responsibility lies with the person who takes the job knowing the wages are low and not in line with prevailing wages. the options are either not to take the job at that wage or report the issue to the Dept. of Labor.

i know its a tough choice. and involves some sacrifice.

the law in U.S. gives fair avenues to report and redress injustice. but unless people start standing up and taking either of the two options, nothing is going to change.
