Dude, One fact for H1 visa holders. From north only cream comes out, just few who are really different and deserve something. From South, It doesn't matter if your one of colleages,brother, far of relative is at senior level, you'll get b1 or h1. 70% of these people are only because people are telugu or tamil speaking, but these people don't deserve even a receptionist job.
