I agree with the two of you above. Many US universities, even some reputed universities, give admission to unqualified applicants simply because they are rich and are able to pay the fees. And these "shady" students have trouble in surviving the tough academics of US universities, but succeed in creating trouble for genuine students. Those who somehow survive again "pay" consultants to get jobs, further increasing competition for the genuine students. Ultimately, it is the genuine student who suffers.
