a well written article.
however, the purpose of the writer was to cause early compliance which he has unfortunately but predictively, failed.
its tragic that we all know the malaise as well as the remedy.
why can't the implementation be done?
to my mind,there are only two ways.
democratic and non-democratic.
for us, the former is the only choice.
which does not work.
then what do we do?
to my mind, as citizens and individuals we have failed miserably. but the media and judiciary can do a lot.they have also, so done.
we cannot beat china in the pace of progress (-unless she falls and slows down due to other reasons.)
hence we have to learn to accept what i feel we are:
as a race- we are indisciplined, conceited, self-indulgent having scant regard for law and order.
only god can save us.
