Well one can not re invent a wheel, but it can be improved, A train has already been invented India can not invent a train again, but India can design and build its own trains but we have to go to GGermany for a train to be designed and built we have to go to a small country the size of Delhi and Mumbai put together to design and build a metro for Delhi. what a shame with all those qualified engineers in India no company exist to develop and build which the world take as granted.
