Indians are strictly supportive of mono culture
by Aditya Datar on Jan 25, 2007 11:56 PM

Well how much so ever we talk about multiculturalism or so various top level initatives of multi culture exposure the fact of matter is Indians are a mono culture lot.
Indians are a perfect example as described in the best seller from George Orwell tittled "Animal Farm". you wont find a better description of similarities. More so the so called regional pride and sub national jingoism adds fire to the thought so much so that a Indian is never a Indian but is always a Tamil or a Kanadiga or a Keralite or a Andharite or a Bengali first. Thats more than vissible in various organisations where if we have one top Boss a Tamil or any South Indian we see the below hirrachy follow suit from the same lingustic group, which indeed is obviously never a coincedence.
