Hello All, In one of the engg.and packaging Co. where earlier i have worked, we have linked kaizens with individual as well as team 's performance appraisals. It was mutually decided that each team will make kaizens(small improvements) in certain number per member per quarter/month in their respective areas of work. I still require kaizen litrature in Gujarati / Hindi languages for my new Co. I'll be happy if some one helps me.
