Tax should be calculated based on Salary, Age, Number of Dependents, number of earning members etc. It is not logical to charge same tax where there re 3 earning menmbers in a family of 5 and 1 earning member in a family of 5.
Government should definately ease tax norms and if they want to continue the same tax slabs then Education and Health facility shoul be made free.
