Its so nice for your concern, think if we have a single id, then the corruption will tend to 0%, so many political thugs (oops people working for common man's upliftment!!), hooligans, black-marketeers, so-called elite they will all have trouble baba. Try to understand, for the sake of general welfare of the citizens you cannot ask them to sacrifice their livelihood no!! It would be so unfair, let the common public suffer, what difference will it make?
