Mallya is not reasonable to his customers like GOPINATH
by Manoj kumar Jain on Dec 31, 2007 04:32 PM

If prises go up and are not as it was earlier then the people who use to fly will go back to trains again. WIth this merger people of India have not benefited. It is no more a customer friendly airlines. Now the fares are generally very high and also after Mallya Joining many routes have been discontinued causing problems for middle class and the ordinary. If Mallya wants to rule the skys of India or the World he should have taken over the third class Indian Airlies and improved the standard of service with lower fares etc why has he joined Decccan. It is found of late that many sectors have been discontinued after Mallya joining Deccan. This is not a good sign. Gopinath should be given free hands who is really customer friendly and if it all it had finance problems it should have joined with INDIGO which is also a customer friendly airlines and also is very prompt in timing better than Kingfisher and Jet.
Mallya go out and Gopinath should join Indigo in his team
