RE:RE:Indian Managers
by David Johnson on Jan 13, 2008 07:02 AM

Next question is - How to create community oriented culture in the corporate?
Any corporate environment is strewn with gory tales of back-stabbing, mistrust and foul play.
These issues become unmanageable and can potentilly lead to employees defecting from the company.
We human do not thrive very well in a hostile environment. So how do you create a happy, sharing and freindly environment?
How to create trust between the employees ( P.S. Managers are also employees. )
- First of all sense off justice should prevail. No body should be above the corporate culture and people should be treated fairly.
- Humanistic aspects of situation should be given as much importance as rash and brute laws. It is okay to just throw a person off the company if the situation demands - but adequate explantion should be given to the employee. Moreover his reptriation / relocation should be considered as paramount. The expulsion should come out as 'Mere Transfer' and NOT CHUCKING.
- Perhaps there could be some more --points-- but overall I'll say let's respect Human Beings as much as we respect the systems created by the very same HUMAN BEINGS.
