I always like criticism if that has got some meaning with a decent word but She used the word coming out from gutter "faltu ka fanda math de...".Now u judge who has used personal attacking.I only tried to advise her to use decent word .This will help you also to improve as a manager .Any how I found this debate is very lively amongst any topics I have encoutered so far in rediff forum.Actually I have throuwn the topics of my thought whether it is accepeted or not but I find mostly have accepted baring few like you and Smriti .Once again I thank to all who have participated this lively debate about the subject "Managing Skills" perhaps you won't get in any B school
