Community feeling should be encouraged among employees - Manager or otherwise. If we --believe in a community-- then things like jealousy or sub-ordination do not become an issue. Our self-interest comes second and community interest will come first. Working for the greater good becomes the motto. To encourage community thinking within the corporates could be an interesting challenge for managers. Remember , leaders always lead from the behind -They are never at the front even in a battlefield.
