Even if we agree that infiltration is a problem, what was the CPM doing last 30 years to stop it? 30 years is a long period. Police, intelligence is always a state subject. 30 years what were you doing? There is no infiltration in Meghalaya, another state having bangladesh as border . Why? And as far as tearing fabric is concerned, Bengal's CPM has done it the best way by destroying all enterprise and business in the state.
