This is not a north-south Question. Mayawati has also closed Rel Fresh stores. These politicians will form policies one day, encourage businesses to spend crores to set up shops, goods, manpower - and then the next day, they wake up to some new political reality and close them!?! When will we Indians see thru these jerks and come up with a mechanism to stop such mischief mongers in their tracks?? Where was their opposition when the policies were being formed/announced?
