it seems you are praising Maya. I am with you. Cooperatives are good but big/medium private corporations are bad ...they contribute to downfall of society by uprising the employee and few shareholders. There shud be a legal limit the number of people reporting (directly or indirectly) to you. Think about it...i have thot this out.
