Hidden costs

There is so much written in fine print on each document that it becomes difficult even for people who are used to deciphering meaning of such terms.

So many terms are used which are not in common use and there are so many variations. Obviously, the purpose is to create as much confusion and fatigue for the reader as possible.

For example, open any page giving features of credit cards. There is a large variety of rates and trying to find the exact meaning may leave you exasperated.

The result is either you give up applying altogether or just apply and face the consequences.

But, sometimes a credit card is required for making payment over internet when a debit card is not acceptable.

Can someone clarity why a pin cannot be used for credit like in debit cards ? Is there any technical trouble ?
