Infosys managers sucks. Nearly 80% of managers at infosys plays politics with there team. Fair politics is ok but many time this kind of politics can cause some one his/her carrear. The high rate of iteration at infosys is due to the fact that people do not see any way to tackle burocrat enviournment there.
