I don't understand why such criticism by all such so called intellegent people in this discussion.

He has taken some assumption. Why not pay heed to that before commenting.

Last but not the least, the writer himself recommends for taking a loan for purchase rather than having to stay in a rented house.

He also informed about all other issues concerning the points in supporting taking of loan.

It appears that a good work done, is always criticised by so called intelligent people.

If you people become so bling in reading an article, then sorry first check yourself, your attitude etc.

If you people have studied about ceteris paribus (other thinngs remaining constant) in economics, then it is not expected from people like you.
