I am a software engg currently living in US and thinking about coming back to India..but all things that are happening stops me thinking about this Question No 2: Why is GOVT so concerned about 27% reservation...Why not MERIT.. Can you provide education to people who are below the poverty line? not based on their Caste...Can this be implemented? if not.What is the reason Question No 3: What is the criteria to become a Minister or MLA?
