I don't know if Mr. Manmohan Singh is feeling any shame or guilt for allowing the stifling and at the end finishing of the finest institutions of India such as IIT's IIM's etc even though he was a personal beneficiary of one of the great institutions of the country where he had joined surely because of his Merit. It is just a begining of the end of all the finest institutions of this country starting with IIT's and IIM's by the rascal politicians of this country who do not have any vision except for vote bank politics and would stoop down to any level for getting power.
