They must ensure that they provide good quality of service. We don't mind even paying money but BSNL must improve process for connection and behavior of their staff. Their employee still think that they are goverment employee and nobody can touch them.
BSNL should also concentrate on leased line business. The benefits are
1) Higher revenue. Average ARPU is 500 p.m so yeary revenue is 6000 against 64kbps leased line revenue would be @ 30000 to 40000 p.a
2) advance payment for one year.
3) Maintance is easy
4) few customers to handle.

I hope BSNL people can understand and change their bsuiness model.
