it is a fact that 80% of the BSNL /MTNL lines cannot sustain 2Mbps. It would be fantastic if even 50% can do 512K well. 2. 9 Million Broadband? There are around 20 Mn. PCs in the country, of which 10 million are in the offices, and partly in semi-urban, small town locations. This gives you 10 n. remaining. Of this, at least 20% cannot get any kind of connectivity. SO where is the population of PCs that can provide 9 Million subscribers?
