I agree with you. Their website registration means nothing. Those babus in BSNL do not even care if their network is working fine or not. There is no accountability just because it is public sector. People work there for fun and there is no performance based incentive. Things happen because of some minister decides on policy matter not because BSNL is desiring to expand its presence or improve their profit/revenue etc...
