I tried to get a new mobile connection for my father who is a paraplegic patient. We went in a car to BSNL office. I took the form and filled it up. The person at the counter told me to come after lunch break as he was going for lunch at 12.30 PM. We waited in the hot sun and soon after lunch break I went to the counter again. They wanted my father to come to the counter which was in the second floor and put his signature in front of them. I said it is not possible for him to do so and requested him to come to the parking area, which he declined.He said,"you get an attestation for the signature from a gazetted officer and submit". I went to a shop across the road and got mobile connection from a private provider
