in our country more than 94%of studentleave there school education due to poverty..even they have good communication skill and ability yyy in ur organisation doesnt recruiting them.being recruiting engg graduate u can recruit such student i think they will be more loyal to ur organisationthan high qualified candidate ... and u can also help such student...
