How is common man benefiting from Indian booming economy???

When we talk about outsourcing and economic figures that just takes into account of class of talented people and people in finance and IT sectors. What about others??? Is booming economy making all cost of items cheaper??? ANSWER IS NO!!!
everything is getting more expensive as 20% of people got a pay raise who would be able to afford the rising costs.
Government is also getting richer but they are not investing in infrastructure. We all have lived in India and I know eveyone of us have experienced electricity outrages. Specially, people living in the outskirts of a big city are the worst hit in power cuts.
We have been fighting about water, light, roads, pollution and corruption since so many years and looks like this politicians who are in their air-conditioned car don't care about common man who votes for him.
I am proud that India has a great talent but we need to stop boasting about it. People all over the world are talented and very hard working.
India can do better by improving the infra structure which is not possible until all this corrupt politicians are in power.
We need a political revolution in India to improve it more!!!!!!
