Is Supreme court really supreme in India???
by Vinde on Apr 25, 2007 05:25 PM

I have doubts now. When our politicians like Arjun Singh in India are not adhering to the judgement given by the Supreme court, then were poor Indian citizens beg for justice as there's nothing ahead of Supereme court. If they are not accepting the judgement given by Supreme court, then I think there is no requirement of any apex court in India.
The way few days back BJP leader mentioned how can Electon Commissioner disqualify a political party, then whats the use of having Election Commission in India when there judgegement make no use to any political parties.
Why our precious money which you people take in the name of taxes are wasted on paying the people working in Govt services as an apex body when these things does not mean anything to the politicians.
Atleast give us some relief.......
