Ronny - ur UAE experience want be applicable everywhere. just compare the population of the countries. It want be easy for the people working with small scale retailers to find job with MNC's. The education standard has still not improved in India. Just imagine the no of people who r small retailers & people working with them, they all wud be rendered jobless.
