The son is most probably an investment for the future, when he will not be physically able to attend the office.

That he is foresighted is also shown by the fact that future factories are all being located outside Kerala.

I concur with Suresh in that he has shown the guts to run a factory in Kerala. He defnitely should be rewarded for his bravery.
