Hewitt associates is actively participating in ranking corporate india. First he should prove his credetials to corporate india whether he is worh enough to rank corporate india. He has every right to classify a employer as a good employer or best employer. Definately he has no right to classify/rank in order the employers list. It will be follishness to accept these kinds of surveys by employees of corporate india. Every employer is a good employer with a condition that there can be better employers.
