Most of the good MNCs do not particpate in such surveys and hence do not figure in the list. These are the places where the top ranking IIM grads and IIT/BITs grads join.The quality of a company is known by the kind of talent it attracts. I can tell you with some sense of surity that all the above are mass employers and do not attract the very best of talent - which are your top ranking MBAs and Engineers. Sometimes such surveys are used as fig leaf to hide internal issues and tell the employees that while they are being paid peanuts - they are a great employer to work for !
