Which reference/survey determines this list? Satisfaction of employees determines the best company and so sampling comes into account.
Respondents can only be those who are quite experienced and have worked more than three companies in his/her tenure to get more refined results (mid level management). An employee who has been working for three years in the same company cant have an idea about other companies > even salary and attrition cant be the main factors.
Now if "X" is a small Indian company having 30 employees, all happy and well nurtured. The cross question is: Will the sampling factors catch it ?
So the question is what are the initial factors/attributes (including weight age) of sampling?
I have worked in four companies....I know my first company was the best and I have proof in support of this.
To creat an "Ad Marketing" companies push these kind of list into news papers and magazine. Good enough but "Janta" is not insane.
Now the ISB (Hyd) is right if it doesnt take part in surveys as they don't believe in these kind of Indian survey's ranking and you know its breaking records every year. Does it need survey ranking now?
Please keep in mind that this is a science not an art.
Can Hewitt tell that why there is no disagreement when India Today publishes the survey about college and universities in June?
