Why have you posted this nonsense here. If you don't know how to use a credit card, why blame the bank? If you did not need it, why did you apply for it? If you did not get statements for 4 months, why were you sitting on your ass so long??? I have been using an SBI card for more than 6 months and I haven't had any problems.
