Even though Infosys is a public limited company, it appears to be governed by a partnership of 6 persons. They have the privilege to designate themselves in whichever way they like. Case in point is how easily a CFO became HR Chief and then CEO.

If there is a break, there is nothing wrong. It may give birth to more infies. When the infamous Phaneesh had to quit, IGATE was born. Let us welcome the break of the super six. India needs more infies to take care of the ever growing unemployment numbers.
