Apart from the financial results, what I liked most about Infosys is its succession policy. Mr Narayan Murthy to Nadan Nilekani to Gopalakrishnan especially when they are at 60 or less than 60 years of age. In any IT services companies, team building is the most important aspect apart from the financials. I wish the same succession policy is also followed by our ministers and vacate their chairs for the next line of leaders.
