Yea , I've had about 8 years in this industry and worked in several projects.The modus operandi is the same , quote lesser than other companies overseas (which pay their employees market wages),underestimate the project timelines and make the employees work weekends.Some companies refused to pay overtime (which is the norm overseas) while others paid only 1/3rd.I finally decided I had enough and moved overseas permanently.Even when some Indian companies approached me for contracting work , they offered me offshore rates ,considering I was an Indian.
