If Himadari chemicals pays 30,000 RS per acre,8 years ago as Compensation for land just across proposed Tata factory, than Mamta was sleeping. Now when Tata pays Rs 8 lach per acre than it is a underpayment. You give me this sort of appreciation, I am ready to vacate next day.
