Rohit You seem to diverge from the topic. We are discussing mumbai not UP & Bihar. And since you call UP a rat hole, though i have lived in Mumbai for 10 yrs its no less a stinking rat hole. And incidently our very own king of Bollywood Amitabh Bacchan happens to be a UP ka bhiyya. So stop being a stereotype. Now since you spoke about Laloo, he has turned the Indian Railways into a highly profitable organisation. His case study was discussed with the students of IIM-A. So my peice of advice to all of you is : Dont be a stereotype and look at the positives rather than the negatives. And at the end of the day be an Indian rather than being a friggin Mumbaikar.
