I am staying in singapore.We should implement card system in mumbai locals and scrap out paas system absolutely . design fare schemes like peak hr charges in bus fare, taxi fare, train fare which will reduce peak hr traffic a bit We should learn from worldclass cities how they manage this kinda problems.
